Positive Tails is proud to announce the second One Health Clinic serving human-animal families experiencing homelessness in NYC!

In partnership with the Street Dog Coalition, My Dog is My Home, ASPCA and Strong Paws Rescue we are holding a street clinic to bring much needed veterinary and human services to individuals experiencing homelessness and their companion animals.

Providing access to these services is incredibly important for individuals experiencing homelessness with animals, as they often don’t have access to necessary veterinary care or resources for their pets or themselves in the same space. Often, individuals will forgo needed services for themselves as it would require them to leave their animal unattended. We hope to use this street clinic to bridge that gap.

We want to get the word out as much as possible so that anyone needing access to veterinary care, grooming, pet supplies, human food, and hygiene products can attend and receive the resources they need.

If you are interested in volunteering with us or in donating, please refer to the links included below. We deeply appreciate your support and for helping us provide services that will allow families to stay together even in circumstances of homelessness.
